Ehm, to get back to ico's question about what length to choose, where choice for an SP is already made I think: Guess that if there is ANY board available for test in your local alpine-gear-shop then it is the F2 Silberpfeil. Why not just pick the ones you're interested in and go out for some riding...

Well, Istvan, you ARE a patological optimist, I think  Guess most boards or ski are not stolen for being used by the thiefs themselves but for being sold.

Well, maybe I use some plastic-bag for hiding the Virus-logo, a 20.000 Volt-electrified board-lock and a .44 Magnum...

anti-theft protection - board locks etc.

Hey guys! Got a quite expensive board last season and I'm wondering what you're doing to protect your boards from being stolen , for example when having a drink (or 2, maybe 3 - 4 drinks, anyway...) in a glacier-restaurant!? With my old 80€-ebay-board that wasn't quite a problem, but now I'm a littl...

The opening with testival in Sölden is on first weekend of november (3./4.11.). But I've read that a few slopes are already open... Maybe you could go to Kaunertal, the dates for Kaunertal-Opening are 12.10. - 14.10. this year.

Hey, got another idea if you're afraid of scratches: My girlfriend got some new ski at the end of last season. They have some kind of...ehm, "uneven" surface, like sandpaper. Has anyone ever seen this on boards? I like the design and I think it could be quite robust... well, at least it LOOKS quite ...

Center boots on binding?

Just removed the canting from my bindings and now I wonder if the boots have to be centered on the bindings. I've got the Virus UPZ boots and I just realized a little mark in the middle of the sole-length... Maybe it's for the use of that hybrid-boot in ski-bindings, maybe not. Any ideas?

Belag reparieren

Nic...

I'll be around on Saturday that weekend. Just started alpine boarding last season with an old Oxygen board and it was sheer madness, compared to riding a freeride-board. So I can't wait to try some Virus-Snowboards  Guess there will be hundreds of thousands of people in Sölden, that weekend!?

Hey guys, got some question on the Carveboard: Is it possible to take these boards off-road and go carving down some smoothe grasslands? I did not try any conventional mountainboard so far, but I don't think that it would come that close to carving?!
