During winter 2008, the two only RED One digital cameras in Switzerland immortalized the turns of the two extremecarving creators - Jacques Rilliet and Patrice Fivat - on their SWOARD.

The producer Jonas Rejman and the cameraman Daniel Reichenbach, two talented professionals, shot breathtaking scenes in a "2k" quality (= 2000 lines: four times superior to DVD and two times superior to HD !) with up to 120 images per second.

A new SWOARD model ?

For the last 2 to 3 years already, we have been working on a "top secret" project. This new model, for which the development program is different from the Extremecarver, will be launched in a limited edition this season! It will first go to the Swoard Team, Pro Riders and other professionals for intensive testing. It will therefore not be available to the public before 2010.

Like in the past, the Swoard Team takes time to develop, to perfect and to test all its prototypes, in all snow conditions. As passionate snowboarders we want to ride the best possible boards available. We will not market a new model until we love it and believe it meets the highest of manufacturing standards and performances.
