Hi,
as said before, I'm a bit shy to show pictures of these prototypes. But I would like to show you, how the spring mechanism is going to work. Sorry, picture could be better, but better picture will be made from final version maybe next week.
Of course finish and look of the machined version will be totally different, but priciple and geometry will be almost the same. Unfortunately the 224 is so lousy soft (especially with my too small feet in it), that the feeling of the progressive Spring Kit is not as perfect as in my Northwaves. But you can feel a great improvement anyways, which should bring a harder Raichle almost to the level of NWs.

Don't be shy Skywalker!! We are just very anxious to see how things are progressing. Looks like things are gonna be very well with your Spring Mechanism company. Hope there is also a possibility to preload and unload the springsettings with the Raichle/Deeluxe Spring system just as with the Northwave spring system. Anxious to see pictures of the final version. Thanks for this for now
Greets, Hans.

two posts, two hard questions.
First: I did not check physically, if my system also works with AFs. In theory it works, but I do not have a pair of AFs, which I could modify. So your answer unfortunately has to wait a little bit.
Please also give me some time for the final price. Of course I have many ideas , but there will be not much to decide. Unfortunately parts are quite expensive, so I will be just at the lowest range, I can afford. This needs some proper calculation, which is not possible before I know the exact costs of all of my parts. So again: Answers will come before Zinal.
Thanks for your patience

Hi Skywalker,
it's look like very efficient and nice. I think about my new Deeluxe Indy is too hard in back side turn and I have no feeling.
If it's possible, I want to test and to purchase your system at Zinal.
So could you manufacture 2 kits for me and bring it to Zinal.
Please inform me when you will have the final price.
I hope that it's possible.
I think you by advance.
I look forward to seeing you and riding with you at Zinal.
Regards,
Benjamin

I'm so sorry, but there will be no spring mechanism finished for ECS
First of all, little more than one week ago, the guy, who does the milling for me, abandoned me. I did not manage to find a sufficient alternative yet, so Raichle Spring mechnism will take some more time. Now yesterday the parts for the Northwaves arrived - and are just and plain made wrong. stupid craftsmen!
Believe me, I'm the most dissapointed of all. Anyways I'm sorry, not to be able to have some nice parts for you. I will stick to that, believe me!

Master Skywalker,
A couple of weeks passed since we last touched this topic..... any news on your new system for Deeluxe?
We, potential buyers can hardly wait for the revelation....
