Congratulations makaha for carving like that with three different tools!!! :bravo:

Are there many good carvers like you in Russia?

I think you could go even lower with the "push-pull" technique we have developed and explained in this Web site (page Technique). Pull in the transition (for the edge change) instead of pushing. In the snowboard sequence, one sees clearly that you extend your legs (small jumps) to change edge.

i love the smooth monoski turns: makes me want to try the modern monoskies again! This one looks like a Snowshark, heard good things on the Aluflex when it comes both to powder AND carving!
Same remark as Pat regarding the legs for EC :)

I think that also the carving on skis, on both and on the inner ski was impressive. That is something to train on when I do not use the Swoard.

Hi everybody!
For me is very important your opinion concerned my SB-video.Idon't like two things on my SB-technic :
1.Frontside:my ass points at the sun. Meanwhile I can manage this problem.
2.Generally: i stay too "compact", too "waistbent", maybe it belongs more to style. Anyway, looking your videos, i will make it like you: "stright"

well on epic we have told you enough bout the ski part.
Impressive to see that you do 3 things at the same time. I have to try monoskiing once too, as well as telemark (cause they can get really low too)

For snowboarding, follow the advice above. Using push pull you will get rid of your problems with you shattering board and being prone to loose the edge, Am I right that you experience those probs?

I ski and board too. Skiing is nice when conditions do not permit me extremecarving. I did not notice that you are on the Pocket Rocket, damn they turn as small as my slalom race stock ski. Damn are they soft. we told you on the german site, carving-ski.de already bout the soft nose, didn't we? IMO the soft nose on the ski is really hindering you to become fluid, therefore you need to show nice reactions in order not to fall, and loose speed

What do you want, to achieve extreme lean or more stability on both ski and board? Problem is that both is hard to get (P+J are mastering it, yeah). I experience probs too while trying to really inclinate low, otherwise I even score good points while racing ski and snowboard.

Damn, you are copying me, visiting all the 3 forums I visit too. If you have got to this link and post about your opinion off sking and boarding.
How long ago did you start skiing? My believe is that you can put anyone of us good raceboarders on slalom race skis, and within 3hours he will ride better than 80% of the skiers!
