Can anyone say if this is bad?
Just got an accident with an other snowboarder who didn't know the way of turning on hardboots

Damage
As I can see it from the pic it is only the top-sheet, so it is not that bad.
Make sure that water cannot get between the layers of the board (I do not see how deep the scratch is). You might use a bit of epoxy for that if needed.

Shouldn't be problem
Main thing is that you are OK!
I had similar damage 1.5 years ago and it looked similarly (same depth, but mine was shorter, probably some skier attacked my board in lift line). I fixed it with epoxy and so far no problems. Here is relevant post:
