burton coil 166

Post by tricus » Thursday 13 November 2003, 19:40

Hello!

I've got one quastion. I've got volkl rt gs 178 with buton race step in. It's realy great set, but very very fast and hard. In my opinnion too fast and hard for EC... but I like it, becouse I love speed  . Now I want to buy board strictly to EC, as a second set, but I don't wont to spend a lot of money. So, I've got posibility to take burton coil 2000/2001 in a good price. What do you think about this choice? Isn't it to soft?

The Burton Coil is similar to the Burton Alp So i think it would be to soft for serious ec. You could have a loof at last years burton speed 168W (225mm wide) Her in the Netherlands they are selling them for halve price

The coil is like the Ultra prime. If you really push it with EC it may not hold for you. If you can try one let us know how it worked
