I used a Bootdoc footbed meant for skiing (non-customized) for a long time with good results.

Have you tried fibered resin ones by Sidas? I had a pair that they heat under your feet and become rigid, supporting the arch pretty good!

Maybe try the soft versions..i mean non rigid.. they seem to have some with arches too

Just go to a good shop where they can do footbeds which they correct with cork. And/Or where they can digitally read your feet so they can see what is needed.
